Mr. Bilahari Kausikan is currently Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Prior to this he was the Permanent Secretary of MFA from 2010 to 2013, and Second Permanent Secretary from 2001. He has also held various positions in the Ministry and abroad, including Singapore’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations in New York and Ambassador to the Russian Federation.


2nd Asia-Pacific System Dynamics Conference 2017

The 2nd Asia-Pacific Region System Dynamics Conference was held from 19-22 Feb 2017 at the Education Resource Centre, UTown. About 190 participants from 15 countries attended the conference. The conference program consisted of invited and contributed sessions, student presentations, chapter meetings, and workshops demonstrating the state of the art in the theory and application of System Dynamics.


RC4 Arts Night 2017: P.U.L.S.E.

Arts Night 2017: P.U.L.S.E. is an annual combined arts production by NUS Residential College 4 (RC4) that showcases performances from music (RC4ME), theatre (RC4Theatre) and dance (R4D).

Project ORCA – Vietnam 2016

Twenty students and two staff from Residential College 4 travelled to Thanh Loc Commune, located in Cai Lay District of Tien Giang Province, in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam, as part of an overseas community service trip, named Project Orca, from 9 to 17 December.
