The RC4 Freshmen Orientation Camp 2015 (FOC 2015) was RC4's inaugural orientation camp, welcoming over 200 freshmen to the RC4 family. Held between 20 - 23rd July 2015, the 4 days 3 nights camp was aimed to introduce freshmen to RC4 and create a spirit of camaraderie and friendship. Themed 'The Initiation", it was a fitting theme to matriculate the first batch of pioneers to the college.

Freshmen were divided into four houses, namely "Il Mafia, The Triads, El Cartel and the Yakuza", and participated in various activities and games, including ice-breakers, team activities, beach games and a uniquely Singaporean-themed 'Amazing Race', where teams had to race around the island completing tasks to pick-up the most points.

The event culminated in the "Finale Night", where everybody dressed up in their smartest suits and dresses, and had a communal dinner in the Dining Hall, a place which will serve many more dinners during their stay in RC4. The event was a success, forming new ties and relationships, and most importantly, creating a uniquely RC4 culture.
