The Student Affair Committee of the College Students' Committee (CSC) organsied a week-long activity to officially welcome all new members of the RC4 community. The activity also provides an opportunity to orientate and integrate those who did not attend the Freshmen Orientation Camp amongst the freshmen and pilot members of RC4.

Games like "Don't Forget The Lyrics" and "Minute to Win It" were played. The students also got together to make the unique RC4 banner with hand prints and hung it at the Multi-Purpose Hall. An interest groups (IGs) and committees fair was held at the third day for all to choose or form IGs and committees with their fellow residents.

The week ended with the presentation of college tees and launch of the unique RC4 banner.
