On 3 April 2018, Mr. Desmond Lee, Minister for Social and Family Development and Second Minister for Ministry of National Development, visited RC4 to have a closed-door intellectual discourse with RC4 students and fellows. Participants had a lively and interactive session with Mr. Lee on current and future social challenges in Singapore and the various platforms that youths can leverage upon to address these challenges.

A student shared, "It's not every day that we get the chance to interact with a Minister. I enjoyed it and I found it quite insightful. I look forward to maybe more Cognito sessions like this, where we get to interact with some of society's leaders."
