Due to COVID-19 pandemic, RC4 has conducted the first online Perspectives on the topic of design with over 40 residents attended.

Radhika recently graduated from Royal College Art, London, where she studied Service Design Student (MA). She will be presenting on how design can complement technology. She has had many experiences in design and was a Service Designer at Grab, where she worked on redesigning the Grab consumer experience for a new conceptual delivery system. Her Master's thesis, focused on social isolation amongst the elderly. Recognizing the widening gap between the young and old generation, and the lost potential in terms of knowledge transfer and emotional connection, she designed a social system that bridges the two generations. Currently, she practices service design in various domains such as education and customer experience as a Service Designer at Chemistry Team.
