Jonathan Tang, who have received his music therapy board certification from the USA and has experience in medical music therapy interacted with RC4 residents though musical rhythms and shared insights of a work of a music therapist.

Hosted by Koo Ning of RC4Wellness, she felted that she thoroughly enjoyed the Perspectives, especially the experiential segments. "The music therapist did several activities with us, such as creating rhythms in a circle and relaxing using mindful visualisations with music. We also took away some tips on how to apply music to improve our wellbeing in our daily lives," said Ning.

The perspectives session was very interesting and informative! The speaker was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and I learned a lot about what a music therapist does!

It was an eye opening, therapeutic experience that made me appreciate the arts even more. He really inspired me with the dedication and love for his work and his passion for music was really infectious.
