For some, “group work” sparks dread; for others, it brings back memories of great teamwork and shared success. During my time at Residential College 4, systems thinking helped me understand why some teams thrive while others falter – revealing how motivation, expectations, and relationships interact within a system. I learnt that small, intentional changes can make a big difference in how teams function and succeed.
