Three Residential College 4 (RC4) educators were recognised at the Residential Colleges Teaching Excellence Awards (RCTEA) 2026, which celebrate sustained innovation in curriculum design, inclusive teaching practices, and impactful learning environments across all NUS Residential Colleges.

RC4’s achievements include the Individual Teaching Excellence awarded to Dr Naviyn Prabhu Balakrishnan and Dr Bellam Sreenivasulu, as well as a Team Award led by Dr Navarun Varma, whose project exemplifies collaborative, evidence-based, and student-engaged pedagogy.

These honours affirm RC4’s ongoing dedication to educational excellence, holistic student development, and teaching that makes a meaningful impact within and beyond the RC community.
