Helping You to Shoulder the Cost of Staying and Studying at RC4

Residential College 4 Bursary

The RC4 Bursary was established to provide financial assistance to approved learning, development, and enrichment opportunities in RC4. The bursary can supplement existing financial aid schemes the applicant may already receive.

The RC4 bursary can be used to support participation in college-approved activities, including but not limited to:

  • Local field trips
  • Overseas or local academic conferences and seminars
  • Programmes linked to RC4 courses and initiatives, including entrepreneurship activities (e.g. UTC2740 Startup Immersion: Experiencing Innovation in Action, etc.)
  • Student development programmes
  • RC4-organised overseas internships
  • RC4 Global Programmes (i.e. STEER & SFI)

Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant must be an enrolled RC4 student and residing in RC4 during the semester of application.
  • The applicant must be currently enrolled, or have previously been enrolled, in the University Town College Programme (UTCP).
  • The applicant may be a Singapore Citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident, or International Student.
  • The applicant must meet the following gross monthly household Per Capita Income (PCI) criteria.
    • Singapore Citizen: ≤$3,425
    • Singapore Permanent Resident: ≤$2,500
    • International Student: ≤$2,500

Per Capita Income (PCI) refers to gross monthly household income divided by the number of household members. For details, please refer to the NUS Fiancial Aid Application Portal.

Applications

Applications are currently open. To apply, the student must submit both:

  1. Submit an application through the NUS Undergraduate Financial Aid Portal: https://myaces.nus.edu.sg/applicantPortal/app/login
  2. After submitting the application on the Financial Aid portal, complete and submit the RC4 Bursary Application Form here.
