The cost of accommodation and education is a matter of concern for many students. Here we provide you with various types of financial aid opportunities that will help you to attain academic goals.

Who is eligible?
This grant will assist University Town College Programme (UTCP) students to defray the cost of staying at Residential College 4. It is open to Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents and International students.
Conditions
* Recipients of external bursaries/ scholarships / other forms of financial aid shall ensure that the provisions of the award do not prohibit them from holding the College Grant.
* Prospective students whose admission applications to the college are still being processed should also submit their financial aid applications through the portal by the same deadline.
* If you have applied for NUS Financial Aid, you will automatically be considered for RC4 College Grant. You are NOT required to submit a fresh application for RC4 College Grant as they are under the same application portal.

Who is eligible?
Residential College Bursaries are available to needy NUS full-time undergraduates residing at one of the Residential Colleges and reading the University Town College Programme.

General Terms & Conditions

- The scholarship is tenable annually. Renewal of the scholarship requires the recommendation of the College Master and the approval by the Office of The Provost.
- The recipient must reside in a residential college at NUS UTown & RVRC and is deemed to have actively contributed to residential college life. The recipient must fulfil the University's prevailing guidelines for scholarship award.
- Interest and ability to contribute to residential college life and to the programme, leadership qualities and potential, co-curricular records and other capabilities will be assessed.
- The scholarship is awarded on the basis of competition among eligible candidates. Recipients will be selected from among the best in each cohort. All candidates interviewed may be considered for all Residential College Scholarships, where eligible.
- NUS reserves the right not to award any scholarship if there are no candidates of sufficient merit. The decision of the selection committee is final. Enquiries or disputes surrounding its decisions will not be entertained.
Needy Singaporean full-time undergraduates residing in Residential College 4 and reading University Town College Programme (UTCP) may be considered for Residential Programme Bursaries (RPB).

Students with PSEA account or have siblings with PSEA account may use the PSEA funds to cover the compulsory College fees (accommodation and meal plans) arising from the University Town College Programme.
