Mr Wee Sin Tho was a senior advisor, Office of President, National University of Singapore (NUS). An NUS alumnus who holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) degree in Economics, he was the founding Chief Investment Officer of the NUS Investment Office, which he set up in 2005.

He is a non-executive Director of Keppel T&T Ltd., UOL Group Limited, Farrer Way Pte. Ltd., ACRU China + Absolute Return Fund, Leap Philanthropy Ltd., and National Gallery Singapore and a member of the Board of Governors of Raffles Institution.
