Mrs. Wee Geok Hua is part of the nationwide Age Well Everyday (AWE) Programme and a teacher of Mindful Awareness Practise. She is an inspirational person to those who attended the Perspectives session on 23rd August 2022.

Hosted by RC4 Rector Prof. Choo, Mrs. Wee shared with the students how her years of practising mindfulness and meditation have helped her to switch her focus from things that are beyond her control to those that she can pursue.
