The appointee will assume the role of Lecturer / Senior Lecturer and teach inter-disciplinary courses in the college, in the area of innovation & entrepreneurship and/or systems thinking. Courses with Singapore and/or Community Engagement content will be a plus. Each inter‐disciplinary course may focus on a specific theme, with the aim of helping students develop broad-based and critical perspectives on innovation & entrepreneurship and/or real-world complex issues. Teaching in the college is conducted in small group seminars for first and second year undergraduates from diverse background, using impactful and student‐centred pedagogies. The appointee is also expected to contribute to the college's academic and student life programming, including advising and mentoring students in various living and learning activities.
