Flag 2023 is a project where RC4, as one of NUSSU’s Rag-And-Flag (RnF) 2023 participating bodies, helps to raise funds and conduct engagement sessions with our partner beneficiary, Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped (SAVH). Hence, fundraising activities such as flower and merchandise sales were conducted progressively to consistently raise funds for our partner beneficiary.
Becoming founders of a vision-based sensor solutions company was never part of their original plan when they entered Residential College 4. Yet, RC4 became an incubator where their ideas, skills and relationships took shape, creating the conditions that set their entrepreneurial journey in motion. The NUS Faculty of Law recognised 18 law students, alumni and mentors for their leadership and contributions in pro bono projects at the second NUS Law Pro Bono Awards ceremony. Four pro bono projects received financial grants through the RHTLaw Taylor Wessing Subhas Anandan Pro Bono Award and the NUS Law Class of 1992 Pro Bono Award. This year, the faculty also introduced two new awards – the Pro Bono Pioneer Award and the Pro Bono Mentor Award.
