Residential College 4 (RC4) is honoured to receive a Partner Award from SG Cares Volunteer Centre @ Queenstown at Partners in Empowerment 2026 on 19 August 2026, in recognition of the College’s contributions to the Queenstown community.
RC4 receives Gold at NUSSU Rag and Flag 2026
Residential College 4 is proud to receive the Flag Gold award at NUSSU RAG & Flag 2026. This recognition reflects the dedication, teamwork, and generosity of RC4 students, who joined a university-wide effort that raised more than S$330,000 for Community Chest-supported programmes. Rooted in the theme “Ripples Across Time,” this year’s RAG & Flag showed how small acts of kindness can create lasting impact across the community.
Alumni Spotlight: Teo Jia Xin awarded the NUSS Medal of Outstanding Achievement
Congratulations to Residential College 4 alumni Teo Jia Xin (College of Design and Engineering, Class of 2026) on being awarded the National University of Singapore Society (NUSS) Medal for Outstanding Achievement. The NUSS Medal is awarded annually to recognise one graduating student from each faculty for exceptional all-round achievements.

Residential College 4 Alumni, Kang Yue Tong (School of Business) has recently been recognised with the NUS Outstanding Undergraduate Researcher Prize for her honours dissertation, Systems Modelling Indigenous Heuristics and its Influence on Sourcing Policies in Southeast Asia.
